I wasn't sure about it when we first got it...once we tried it, we liked it! I like the fact that not only can you use water, but you can use mouthwash...this gives your mouth a very fresh and clean feeling. Very easy to use...particles of food are removed with ease, unlike dental floss which sometimes gets stuck and cuts your gums.
Pros: ease of use, does great job
Cons: should come w/2 heads.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Overall positive experience. The unit functions well and as advertised - my teeth/mouth feel invigorated when I use a mouth wash in the machine vs just water.
Pros: well balanced unit, eaasy to use, quick cleanup
Cons: not sure about the long term effectiveness yet
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good for after flossing

Love the sonic care toothbrushes, bought one for everyone in the family. Thought this would be great too, but still need to use regular floss to get between teeth. Must refill chamber every other day, as it is small capacity for mouthwash. My dentist even asked what I thought about it as she wasn't sure she was sold on the product either. Still using daily, but not as impressed as I am with the toothbrushes.
Pros: like the idea of sonic clean
Cons: not sure it's really effective
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hated the discomfort of flossing. My dentist recommend this product and I have used it everyday since. it is more effective than flossing with none of the discomfort

While the AirFloss is refreshing, it is not a substitute for flossing. You need to use regular floss to get between teeth.

AirFloss is hard to use for my back teeth. The jet of air bruised my lip as I tried to reach my back teeth.

The only negative part was that it did create a mess aver the mirrors. Now, with every day use, I learn how to contro splashes.
