I am a dental hygienist and have been using the air flosser for two months. I am happy with the ease of use and the strong pulse action. I have recommended it for the patient who refuses to floss or has difficulty managing the floss. I like the simplicity of the base and the handle, which do not take up a lot of space on a counter top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not a better choice than floss

This is not a replacement for flossing In my opinion. It is not as thorough or as focussed as floss. The reservoir is small and messy to fill
Pros: ergonomically very comfortable

MY DENTAL TECHNICIAN IS HAPPY WITH ME

I bought my Airfloss 2 weeks before I went in for a schedule appointment with my Dental Tech. She was the one who recommended it to me. With this visit, she was very happy to see no bleeding and so was I.
It did take about a week initially when I started the Airfloos to stop bleeding but eventually it did.
I use mouthwash in mine and I have recommended it to family members.

The concept of the Airfloss is good but I seriously doubt that it has the strength to dislodge stuck food particles. I use it with mouthwash but the liquid reservoir needs to be larger and the reservoir cover does a very poor job of sealing. The unit constantly leaks. Recently, while on the charger, the lower portion of the housing developed a 1 inch long split in the plastic. (Possibly a battery issue?). I will be contacting your customer service dept. soon regarding warranty issues. Future versions of this product could benefit greatly from some much needed design improvments.
