I had to return the first AirFloss as it would keep sending out air by itself or wouldn't work at all. Just before I mailed it back I noticed water leaking out of the power button. I've had a sonic care toothbrush for years and it never got water in it. Also the latch on the cover to the reservoir you fill wasn't secure enough and kept falling off. I think you have to make the product more resistant to water as the button for power is right below the chamber you fill with mouth wash or in my case a product recommended by my dentist. I did purchase this as soon as it was out because my dentist told me about it, hopefully you can get the bugs worked out. I hope this Air Floss holds up.
Pros: fits nicely into hand and mouth
Cons: it does spray all over til you get it

I don't know if it is because my teeth are so close to each other, but I find that after using this product, if I go and floss again with dental floss, a lot of food still comes out between my teeth. Because of this, I floss both ways - with your product and with dental floss to feel really clean.

As a hygienist, I LOVE this product and recommend it to all my patients who are lax with their flossing. I love how it makes my gums feel. The only thing I wish were different is the water reservoir. I use mouthwash and I usually have to refill when I'm in the last quadrant. It's a little bit of a hassle, but otherwise I am more than satisfied!

I love the concept and really think my teeth are cleaner. I was disappointed when my first one quit working after 5 months. The second one seems to be working fine.
Pros: design, possibility to use mouth wash, concept - quite revolutionary
Cons: first one stopped working, have a nozzle for the backs of teeth
