I have used it for some time now. My big gripe is that it makes my gums bleed. If you are not right on the exact spot it will hurt when it goes off. Dental floss works better.
After replacing the initial defective unit, we have found the AirFloss easy to use, leaving a refreshing feeling in our mouths, but would have preferred a larger resevoir in the design. We find that when full, the resevoir only last 1 1/2 uses.
I find the product helpful and very easy to use. It makes two spots on my gum line bleed, so I hope this stops soon.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent product for maintaining periodontal health. Very easy to use. I did find that the cover to the reservoir leaks which resulted in my hand getting wet while using the product. One must also be careful not to blast your tongue while AirFlossing, that stings!
Pros: excellent addition to your dental health regime
I am very happy with this product. Cudos to the idea. However, I am really missing the travel case for it. I travel a lot and need it bad. Shame that nobody on your end thought about that.
my dental hygienist suggested I pick this up to use instead of flossing. it's fine for the places where I've got a big enough space between teeth at the gum line for the stream to get through, but useless for spots where my teeth are very close together at the gum line. I much prefer flossing.
