I bought this for my 14 yr old son who has braces and he seems to like the air floss and uses it daily.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: price

Very pleased with it, but think it would be better with some changes

Great innovation, easy to use, attractive design.
Could be better with a larger water tank. Don't like the delay when turning it on: water needs a couple of hits to get it to the top of nozzle. Also, it's a little slow between hits, apparently taking time to build up pressure again. I love this one, but look forward to the next generation.
Pros: sleek design, nozzle tip is smooth and easy to keep clean
Cons: on/off button awkwardly located., top mounted trigger button easy to reach but does

I like how this works but they don't last. They stop holding a charge after about 6 months. The do have the 2 year warrantee and I get a new one every 6 months then buy a new one every 2 years. You would think they would fix this issue but the done Make sure you register it and get he extra 6 months and just know you will need to buy a new one every 2 years.
Phillips Sonicare airfloss is very easy to use. When the hygenist told me about it I thought it would be messy so I used it in the shower. It isn't messy at all, very little water ends up in your mouth. The jury is still out on whether it is helping. I travel most every week and I haven't taken it with me so I may start taking it and using it so there is a better indication of its value.

Cannot even imagine a more difficult to use, bizarre product. We're staying with our WaterPik.
