I really dislike this product

Prior to this product I had the one that sprays water on your teeth. When I bought this I discarded the other one. Now I really regret that action. The spray that comes out is not strong and does not dislodge everything. Now the tip that sprays the water comes off every time I activate it. I need to hold it on which makes operating it very unsatisfactory.

I thought it might be difficult to align the head of the Air Floss with the spaces between each tooth. Using the point of the head it is quite easy to follow the contour of each tooth to find the openings.
It seems to get the fine debris out of the teeth well. Only wish water reservoir was bigger so it would last longer however I suppose for sanitary reasons you don't want water/peroxide sitting in there too long. Battery life so far seems excellent. used it for a couple weeks daily and haven't had to recharge it yet.

Airfloss is a good product but I think it needs some changes: 1. it needs more room for the water/oral rinse compartment, I ended up filling it twice or more. 2: the nozzle should be soft or rubbery because it hurts the gum tissue when you try to place it in between, should be comfortable enough. 3. the button should be place like in a gun type because for people who are suffering from arthritis or have problems with dexterity like older people ( who should be using this product more!), it's kind of hard to push the button with just your index finger. Hope this review is helpful.
Pros: easier to use when you get lazy w/ flossing, good for ortho patients, good for old people who have gum problems
Cons: you still have to floss between contacts

Tried it for 2 weeks; could never get it to do anything useful. Still had to floss manually. Sent it back.
Pros: interesting concept

i have been a long time user of the sonicare toothbrushes since their introduction onto the market -- i was in the process of looking for a good oral water pik when i came across the airfloss -- i knew i could buy with confidence and receive a quality product with a company that stands behind the line in the event problems do arise -- i did have a mechanical problem as luck would have it with my first purchase -- i called the 800 number and it was handled immediately with a replacement and the addition of 2 perks for the inconvenience -- i got the whole family started on the sonicare toothbrush line and plan to do the same with the sonicare airfloss -- the products last for years and years and have always lead to good dental check ups
i look forward to using the airfloss after brushing in the morning and receiving that clean dentist feeling

The flosser does a great job! I had tried another brand and it doesn't hold a candle to this product.
Pros: does a great job of dislodging particles
Cons: first one i bought died in just a few months, hope this one doesn't do the same
