Easy To Use

I've used only one other electric driven flosser system and I can say I'm extremely impressed by the ease of use and the convenience with which the item travels. It's light compact and very useful. When traveling this is now my go to flosser. Great job Philips!
Pros: quick and easy to use., light weight.
Cons: not as full featured as some competitor systems
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have tried this product and I have been so disappointed it send brief pulse of water who seriously feel like they could break your teeth, I used it for a week and stopped .
Pros: nice design
Cons: useless hard to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Unit stops working

I love the product yet this is my 4th one in 2 years. The life of them seem to average 6 months. They suddenly cease up & stop working. In researching it seems something internally eventually clogs & I cannot open inside of unit to clean it. You tube showed a few people opening/ cleaning clog & it works. My unit wouldn’t unsnap.
Pros: it works
Cons: it stops working
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I LOVE this product !!! Its super easy to use and handle. I use warm water and WOW. ITS FANTASTIC !! After using the Sonic Care Brush your mouth feels clean. I plan getting one for my sister for Christmas. I am confident she will love it too.

This product reduces cavities !

Ever since I have used this product, I know longer have cavities every time I visit my dentist. I am not an avid flosser, so when I heard about this product, I decided to give it a try...and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works. I have recommended it to friends and family alike, who have gone out and purchased it and are equally pleased with its performance.
Pros: easy to use, only requires 1 fill of container, no cavities any more, easy to clean, takes up minimal counter space, attractive sleek design
Cons: a bit messy
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great for getting bits of food stuff from between teeth. Does not work too well on the recent tartar. Still have to floss somewhat.
Pros: easy to use

This product is of no use for oral hygiene!!

This product does not remove food particles from between teeth, and does not remove plaque. After talking with several dentist they don't recommend it. People, flossing is the only way to get rid of plaque. Be it by the picks, floss or some other dentist's recommended way.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Deep clean started to go to deep as power seemed to increase

The Deep clean became more powerful as time went by causing
pockets an also bleeding gums,stopped using it, Dentist RX for
Peridex twice daily,as well flossing. Hygenist follow up Sept 10th
Instuctions said to use between teeth,got to the point that just aiming at a tooth became to forcefull and caused problems.

Please note AirFloss is designed to be used on the outside of the teeth. Place the tip between teeth and apply gentle pressure.
Press activation button to deliver a burst of air and water. Glide the guidance tip along the gum line until you feel it settle between the next two teeth.
Press the activation button again and repeat for all spaces including behind your back teeth.
However if you still face the problem then kindly contact your local Philips Consumer Care on 1-800-682-7664 and you can also refer to the below link.
