This product has a great design and is very easy to use -- makes flossing a pleasure rather than a chore! But...
After less than 3 months of daily use, the battery has permanently died. It will not hold a charge at all - and the product will not operate.
Pros: makes flossing easy, great design, easy to use
Cons: battery doesn't hold a charge, unit will not operate aft 3 mos use.

thank you for replacing my first purchase of this product which quickly became dysfunctional. after about a month, the replacement product stopped working. i love the product, but these devices do not work very long. my present one has the green light come on and i press the top pad to activate and nothing happens!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great idea but I feel it does not quite do the job. The water dispenser is too small, the plastic water cover is too flimsy. If used
in conjunction with floss it does work well. I find it does not take the
place of flossing but both do a very good job. What one does not
do the other does.

Finally a great device for cleaning your teeth. I really don't like floss and the toothbrush is just not good enough. This really makes a huge difference in my dental check ups! My dental hygienist noticed the first visit after I started using it. I've bought 5 of these for family members with similar results!
I'm looking forward to the next generation with slightly larger and easier to fill reservoir but that is very minor recommendation.
Pros: easy to use, powerful compact functional

Excellent performance with power to clean between teeth. I will know how affective this product was after my next check-up since I am only using Air Floss instead of string floss for last 6 months.

I gave this a bad review because of the poor design of the product, the cap that covers the water reservoir falls off constantly and eventually broke off. Also, unless you clean out the reservoir daily with a q-tip mold grows in it.
Pros: it does get food out between my crowns
