It does make your teeth feel very good and clean, but I do not think it does the flossing job that I was lead to believe it would.

I purchased my air floss in August. Last week I wrote a glowing review of the product but then lost my text so my review was not submitted. I had not taken the tiime to rewrite it. Yesterday, my air floss made a grinding sound for a few seconds but then workrd properly. Today it makes a grinding souond until I turn it off, And the head does not rotate or distribute the water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful design, easy to use. Only thing I would improve is the storage for water, it doesn't close securely, and I would include a storage bag for travel.
