Sonicare airfloss quit working after 4 months. Went the web site and followed instructions on how to declog chamber. After two cleanings, would worked. Then stopped. Recommend going back to designing board.

Pros: easier and more thorough than using floss.
Cons: can hurt if gum and/or teeth are sensitive ., must hold it at the right angle to get best result

I bought this product because it is hard for me to use floss. The air floss makes it so much easier to use everyday. I love it and had to buy another one for my husband he loves his also. Thank you philips for making the air floss love it!!!!!!

I was very disappointed in this appliance. I have your toothbrush and love it so was very excited when I saw the air floss come out. I have had to stop using it completely. It did not do the same job as floss and the power behind the shots is so extreme that it was making my gums bleed. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It may have been my expection was off but I expected more from this product. The design is such that the pulse of water may only be directed between the teeth and only in the front. My desire was for a devise that not only flushed between the teeth but also the gum area both front and back.

This product was designed with good intentions, but doesn't meet my expectations. To "airfloss" my whole mouth, I have to refill once and the pressure is either too hard or too soft. This is okay for a quick "floss," but don't use it to supplement the real thing. It was very easy to use.
Pros: easy to use
Cons: not a flossing substitution
