It's a TAB! It's a Phone! It's a Camera! Time to sell or trade my Galaxy S5 for a Lumia 1520!

I don't own one yet but will soon. National Geographic was in Seattle two weeks ago and Microsoft sponsored them. I got to try out a Window Phone that Microsoft provided everyone for the whole afternoon. Fell in love with it. Now I've got to sell my Samsung Galaxy S5 to get one. For those of you unhappy with your 1520, contact me via "google" moskovita and I'll trade to get your Lumia 1520!

great phone, fast os, apps are more than i thought.

I came from a galaxy s4, and i got this phone for a great price. I was shocked with its speed, battery life, unique menu. I used android and iPhone. IPhone is fast but boring. Android is slow, messy, barely gets an update, expensive etc. This phone has a great camera, sharp screen and the glance feature I amazing. The only problem I have with this phone at scratches, its not tough compared to other phones. Also, if u are concerned about apps, the windows store now has almost all apps and almost all game are integrated with Xbox. The here maps and transit are even better than google maps.

I've had the phone for over 6 months and it keeps getting better with updates like 4K video after Denim update. I tested Windows 10 as well and it worked great but restored to Win 8.1 for my personal apps and stuff. I plugged a SanDisk 128GB early this week and no issues so far. If you don't mind the huge size it's the one to get.

No more Iphone

I switched from Iphone after two versions (starting with the 3G, and the 4) to the Lumia 1520, seeking something different than the Iphone I had been so used to. The main reason for switching is that I was sick of Itunes. Itunes is such a horrible program and the fact that you are basically dependent on this for anything related to the Iphone. This phone has proven to me that Iphone is deff not the king of the market. I use very few apps so the lack of them was not concerning, however I was still able to find things that I do use. The camera was also a big selling point for me. This is not to say that the Iphone camera is inferior by any means....I am just happy that I explored something different in the phone market.

Flagship phone... Still after two years

This phone is hard to beat, Fast quad core CPU, clean lines, solid construction and a 6'' crisp and clear screen. I've used Iphone 6, Nexus 6 and LG Flex while owning this phone. I always find my way back to the 1520. Ease of use in the Windows OS is why. Plus the speed and size of the 1520 makes it all the better.
Now with Windows 10 on the verge of release, I'm back to the 1520 and it's a new phone again, for the 3rd time.

I think my 1560 has all the things I need at times . Some APPS , will not react at high capacity. Also wish it came in a larger screen size . But still great . I also had the 6 hundred series.
