Love ❤ my 1520... Best phone out there!

Don't be reluctant to try it because it's Windows. Honestly, I was at first but once you get use to it. Your going to love it. I've had Android phones, but when I bought my first Nokia. There was no going back. This is my 3rd Nokia and this 1520 is the best by far. Especially with the new update, it just made it amazingly much better than it already was. Try it you won't regret it!!

Outstanding Phone

The Nokia Lumia 1520 is one of the best phones I have ever owned. The larger form factor works for me, since I have larger hand. I realize that some, including some in my house, may feel that it is too large for them. However, I have been able to replace my Dell Venue 8 Pro with this phone. The larger screen is useful for reviewing and editing business documents. Great for videos, web browsing and reading. Build quality is very solid. This was purchased as a replacement for my Nokia Lumia 900 which is another great phone. I have been using a Nokia Windows phone for more than 2-years now and I would not consider another brand of phone or operating system.

Although I am a longterm Apple consumer I decided that as I get older and my vision fades I needed a phone that was larger and easier to read. After much comparison shopping I decided on the Lumia 1520. I couldn't be happier. The phone is very high quality, the ease of use and intuitive nature of the software (Windows Phone 8.1/Nokia Cyan) are a pleasure. I held back for a long time over concern that the Windows App store lacked many of the apps that I use nearly every day. No problem now -- I've found pretty much everything I needed or a good/better substitute and most were free.
I highly recommend this phone. Great value, high quality, easy and fun to use.

At first it took some getting use to but overall once more aps start joining on, I think it will be one of the best

This phone stinks because it's not available through Verizon

This phone looks fantastic. Too bad it's completely unusable since I'm on Verizon. So I don't know anything about it except that it's an AT&T exclusive that I lust after from over at Verizon. My friend has nothing but trouble with AT&T service, so I will not sacrifice reliable service with Verizon to have this beautiful phone ruined by AT&T's inferior services.

I own an iPhone 5 and a Galaxy 4 but the screens seem too small so I pre-order the Nokia 1520 and I have used it for several months.
The screen is big and has a nice resolution, but the software, oh the software is so bad that I have been tempted on several occasions to dump the cellphone on the trash. Internet Explorer, Mail, Music Player and Moviefone, to mention just a few, seem to be wrote by junior developers.
I can deposit checks with my iPad but Nokia 1520 is unable to take a decent picture of a check so I had to use the iPad for that purpose.
Just thinking of all the months of frustration in using this cellphone already gave me a headache, seriously....
I look so forward to the iPhone 6....

i hadn't used this device yet but i love it. ihad andoid for 2 years and every body who used android knows that it has alot of logs or bugs but when i saw videos of lumia 1520 i wanted to buy. this one is very good for business and gaming because it has a big 6 inches full HD screen.
just it is better for nokia to do somthing for apps forexample winphone doesent have clash of clans game or some of the apps also it has some of the best like GTA sa or nova3 and more so i recomend you all to buy this but if you think the screen is big for you , you'd rather to buy a lumia icon(930)
