I would never own any other cell phone. The Nokia Lumina is the best cell phone I have ever had. They can keep the Galaxies, HTC, and others. I will never own any other phone. Nokia Luminas are the best.

great step forward for windows phone

I got this phone as a replacement for my broken 1020. The downgrade in the camera is made up for in what this phone is capable of in battery life and productivity. Due to the screen size, I am able to view and edit work docs. Enjoy videos for my entertainment and have the battery life to do this for an entire day. The screen clarity in sunlight is also very useful, call quality has been great and also the camera too notch.

Cons: Touch screen erratic. this is well known but is being ignored by Microsoft.
Can't download large apps unless you are connected to Wi-Fi.
Camera opens slowly.
Power button very hard to find without looking.
App selection stinks.
Internet explorer is buggy and slow.
Not enough customization options.
Some 3d games cause phone to get really hot.

Have to power on and off to many times.

I have to power my phone on and off 2 to 3 times a day. when I turn it on to check my messages or Facebook it always says loading. I then have to power it off and back on. That is my only complaint. This is my second phone in less than 2 months because my first 1520 would over heat and get hot.

Great phone! Even though it is a bigger phone you really don't feel like it's that big, great all around phone especially for business with it's big screen for office applications.The battery life is great and compared to the 1020 it's a nice compromise for bigger screen and better processor over better camera, the 20MP still takes amazing photos and the call quality and volume are great!

This is the best phone you can buy, all the features you want from nfc to Cortana, only thing missing is QI charging (att removed it) other than that you'll love the phone and camera.
