it's best phone i ever see!but..without gorilla glass 3 screen goes so dirty and..it have some hardwer problems in some models

Sound hardware - terrible platform

Nokia hardware, screen, smoothness are a record among all phones i have had on three platforms.
However:
- OS misses basic functions (Chinese Pinyin input for Traditional Chinese being a key item missing which forces me to have another device with me).
- Office is useless, can't perform a lot of operations i need (Again, carrying another devices)
- Mail management is terrible. Lack of a decent integrated interface (like K9 on Android for example)
- Menus and options are all messed up. Microsoft may think it's original but it's a time waster.
- Tiles are neither widgets nor icons. Just something in between.
- Lack of proper Chinese support
- Internet explorer is a terrible browser and API-locked platform makes any alternative a bad photocopy. Flashing pages, crashes, visualization issues. LACK OF CHOICE.
- Whole platform is BING/MS centric by default. If i want duckduck as a search engine, i can't pick it. If it want another Office app instead of Microsoft Office i can't (it doesn't even exist).
- Total lack of security. No encryption. The phone gets lost and you are in the hands of God.
- Market lacks good quality apps, variety and proper search functions.
- Integration/sharing: terrible
- Multitasking (like in Youtube plays while you do else on split screen or single screen mode). NON EXISTENT
- Skype is terrible.
- Access to memory/SD files limiting. The whole environment feels like in a fenced box heavily limiting user's possibilities. Depressing experience.
- Customization required endless additional software and manipulations that could be easily avoided if Microsoft made the device customizable out of the box.
- Device supports 3 rows of tiles but no tile can reach that size. This is a limit for users who would like a 3x2 weather or calendar app for example. what's the purpose of having 6" displays if then tiles don't support that size appropriately?
- Platform closeness/lack of apps gives a bad taste of Apple-closed ecosystem without being Apple but a bad copy of it.

A nice basic platform for low-end devices. Not recommended for power users because coming from more advanced platforms the OS becomes very frustrating, especially if one works with text/pictures, sharing, cut/copy/paste and note-taking.
OS is deeply lacking even compared to old Windows Mobile, which allowed even for registry modification.
