The unit has been great so far. I love the ice and water features on the outside and the unit has plenty of storage. Like the black powder coating seems like it is more durable than other brands offer

We’ve had this fridge 3.5 years and has broke down 3 times, the last time they were not able to fix it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Basic French Door Refrigerator

Refrigerator is handsome, has good features like a sliding shelf that allows tall objects to be stored in the main part of the fridge, and has a decent amount of space. However, it is a bit noisy (when running), the drawers are a bit flimsy, and the shelves on the left-side door are useless (ridiculously narrow) because of the through-the-door ice maker. I would rather just have through-the-door water and an icemaker in the bottom freezer in order to free up door shelf space and reduce complexity.
