HAVE HAD GE REFRIGERATORS FOR YEARS
OUR LAST ONE —A SIDE BY SIDE LASTED FOREVER—WE HAVE ALWAYS HAD GE FRIDGES—HOPE THIS ONE LASTS LIKE THE OTHERS DID—LOVE THIS MODEL /- IT IS SO LIGHT INSIDE SO YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING

It is so hard to read the panel on the door for the water and ice dispenser.
The ice dispenser is VERY noisy as you are dispensing ice into your glass.
The shelves on the inside left door are so shallow that they hold very few condiment containers.
Only if you remove a shelf in the right door can you store an open bottle of wine.
The doors close tightly without any further pushing.

I gave it 4 stars probably should be 3-1/2. It cools well. But the noises this thing makes will drive you crazy. It makes a "girgling" sound alot. Not sure if it is the ice maker filling or what. It also runs pretty loud. It is annoying. I removed the one shelf on the right that has a slide to stand tall items up. It made no sense. Works better with it totally out. It would also be nice is the words for ice, water, crushed would light up or be in contrast to the background as you cannot see them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
