Overall the refrigerator is good. This was the first time I had a French door refrigerator so it took a little time getting used to opening the doors, setting the temperatures.
I like being able to adjust the temperature differently for fruit and vegetables.
The door panel is confusing, very hard to read. I wish the temp up and down buttons were inside instead of the panel.
I wish there were more tall shelves and flexibility in adjusting height. The one that can be removed to provide a taller space, is already cracked along the edge.

Disappointed. Not well designed.

Several issues: 1) Doors don't close easily, and frequently require an extra push. Specifically bad with the lower freezer drawer. This is unlike previous refrigerators where when you pushed the door closed, it closed. 2) Much noisier than last fridge. Not a deal breaker, but expected more. 3) Shelf adjustment options are limited with just not enough adjustment capability. No way to put a bottle of wine in the door unless you remove a shelf. And when two shelves are located closer together, they are so close that you can't even fit a carton of eggs on the lower one. 4) Almost always need to open both doors to open one of the three drawers, even the two that are only half wide. Should have seen this in the store, and probably a function of the style, but still not happy.

Nice refrigerator

So far everything is working as it should. It's a good size to hold our food. Just needs more room for taller products which you can put on the door but that's it. Drawers seem pretty durable

We call it "Big Sexy"

I purchased this refrigerator after extensive research, and I have to say I couldn't be happier with my choice. The refrigerator is sleek and stunning in appearance (love the slate look). It's so gorgeous that we call it "Big Sexy". I've never had a refrigerator with water and ice dispensers in the front. I wasn't sure if I would like it, but I'm a big fan now. Love the crushed ice feature. Inside the refrigerator it is brightly lit due to the LED lights and it's so spacious in both the refrigerator and freezer compartments.
I would recommend this to a friend!
