Freezer already having issues

Not happy at all. The refrigerator is less than a month old and already having major issues. Ice building up and won't stop running. Getting repair service has been impossible so far as well.

Not Happy With This Product

We bought a new house and this unit came with it. We moved in 6/17/2022. It completed died and was unrepairable by around August 15, 2022. We just had another delivered, and this can't be leveled. We worked on it for a couple of hours without success. We have to schedule another appointment to have them look at this. So very disappointed and frustrated that we have been without a refrigerator for a month and a half.

GE 25.7 French Door Refrigerator

Extremely UNHAPPY with the GE 25.7 French Door refrigerator/ freezer. I have had this refrigerator for about a week and the freezer is NOT working properly and I’ve been told that the fan and the seal need replaced ! Totally Unacceptable & unreasonable to have a refrigerator/freezer fail and require parts replacement within a little over a week!

Fridge works well but it is very loud. We had a GE rep stop out at the house and he tried to make adjustments but it is even louder now. I am assuming at this point it is an issue with our particular unit and hopefully not representative of the model. We are requesting it to be swapped out with a different refrigerator.

Convenient storage and features

This refrigerator has convenient storage and a great size. Only frustration is the in door water dispenser that is very sensitive and cuts off if the container moves only slightly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
