Tha frame above the vegetable drawers are not strong enough, it sags in the center, when placing milk gallons or larger juices. The the long pull out cold cut storage drawer can only be accessed if both refrigerator doors are open , very inconvenient. The plastic drawers and inside accessories or not sturdy.The ICE, Water etc on the outside are hard to read.

Hard to read wording on ice/water dispenser. Prior refrigerator had words back lit in white light. Also, unable to enter in amount of water to dispense. Prior kitchen aid refrigerator did that too!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awful quality and performance.

Brand new fridge purchased for our new home. Ice maker makes a whirling vibrating noise. Water dispenser does not dispense cold water. Ice fragments go everywhere on both cubed and crushed settings when dispensing ice. Also, one of the manufacturing stickers on the control panel on the front of the fridge left a residue we cannot remove through any method or trick and it looks awful. Otherwise I suppose it does its job in refridgerating, but our Samsung (as awful as it was) was better, served cold water, and had higher quality plastic parts. I don't make the comparison lightly. In short, we are disappointed.

To remove the excess residue on your refrigerator, we recommend rubbing oil (vegetable or mineral) into the sticky residue, saturating the area. After the sticky residue has been removed wash the oily residue with the soapy mixture and a cloth.

Plenty of space

I like the simple style. I have had issues since the first 10 days after delivery though. Repairman has been out 3 times in the 2 months of owning the refrigerator. Two weeks of it waiting on parts. Overall I would like the refrigerator replaced, to many issues so far. Hopefully the repairman has fixed the issues
