Lots of issues

Three issues with this model:
1. The water spout isn’t centered properly and when trying to fill up a water bottle or container if not angled just right, water gets everywhere.
2. The doors are hard to close and will swing open if not enough force is used to close.
3. It’s not truly fingerprint resistant. I have three children and I can still see hand marks.
Overall, this was an expensive refrigerator and I would not buy again.

Hey there,

We're awfully sorry to hear that you are having different issues with your refrigerator. We can understand your frustration and would like to provide some help. If the water dispenser sputters or splatters during use, there may be air in the water line. A newly installed water filter cartridge may cause water to spurt from the dispenser, which is caused by air being trapped in the water system during filter installation.

To reduce spurting:

Fill the replacement filter with tap water prior installing.
Dispensing one gallon of water should stop the sputtering. Continue dispensing water until the sputtering is eliminated.
You should not have continuous sputtering from the dispenser.

Minor annoyances

The fridge is very noisy. The motor and compressor rattle. The sliding drawers are plastic sliding on plastic so are not a smooth glide and therefore do not slide out evenly. The right door does not stay open with the fridge leveled, it closes on me when reaching in for items.

This fridge is decent, it works, and is quiet, the bottom handle falls off frequently and needs repairing.

Inconvenient

This refrigerator is very inconvenient to get things into and out of. I have to open both doors no mater what I need. It is supposed to be resistant to finger prints but I am constantly having to clean the doors. The shelves on the left hand door are useless. The door ice maker and water dispenser stake up a lot of space. Overall, the space and shelving inside the refrigerator is not convenient.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS DELIVERED AND ATTACHED TO THE WATER CONNECTION AND PLUG IN TO THE ELECTRIC OUTLET ON 4/20/22 BY THE DELIVERY MAN AFTER WHICH, WE WENT OUT OF TOWN FOR TWO DAYS AND WHEN WE CAME BACK 4/22/22 THE REFREGIRATOR DID'NT COOL AT ALL. FOODS WERE THROWN OUT BECAUSE THEY WERE SPOILED.

When The compressor is running it is very loud and the compressor runs a lot. I have to turn up the tv. The motor for the ice is also loud but that’s not bad.
