Terrible!
I am so very disappointed in this refrigerator.
It is loud and makes a grinding sound when it starts up.
It does not keep the food frozen, but instead, freezes and thaws the food.
The shelves are cheap and from the day we moved in they sagged.
We had a Samsung in our last home and it was FAR superior to this refrigerator even on the day we left when it was 8 years old!

Like everything so far except it's very limited on adjusting shelves for taller items like wine & beer bottles, milk jugs, etc.

I really like this product. I didn't think that I would need to pay attention to ice production thou. 100 ice cubes in a 24 hour period?! For a family of four that's 25 a day or 1 a hour.
