The ice does not fly all over when filling gladd

I had a 2 1/2 year old refrigerator that quit do to power surges, I do not like the GE as well as I did the kenmore.
But white is hard to find. Ice bin is too small.

We love this refrigerator. The only criticism I have is there is not a whole lot of room for tall items in the refrigerator
