Stick to dependable products

Have recently replaced another Brand fridge that had a short life and was a big disappointment I have other GE appliances that have done well and should have bought this to begin with. Lovely so far and has low sound with great ice. Nice flat black that blends well with my other appliances. Plenty room and shelf options

No more blinding light

So aside from the space in the fridge and freezer, when you open the fridge, the light is dim and gets brighter in seconds.

This fridge was installed about an hour ago. So far it seems to be working fine. It is deeper than we thought, but think I confused the 'no door / no handle / with handle'. (the 'no handle' is the same size as my old fridge 'with handle'. We're in the process of running a Mississippi River worth of water through the filter, and waiting for everything to get cold enough to restock all my groceries. I need a wine.

great feature for the water dispenser

I love that the water from the refrigerator has a nice tubing that comes down far enough to get your water or ice. No more bending down to fill up your water glass.

The only negative thing is I can’t read the display on the front of the water and ice dispenser due to overhead lighting and poor labeling on General Electric part otherwise great unit

Spacious size

We really like our new refrigerator because it's a little larger and it has ice and water in the door which do not take up that much space inside the fridge. Great lighting and visibility. We can see everything without opening drawers and the freezer section is a nice size. The only thing we miss is a separate butter compartment.
