We our refrigerator back. It was so horrible we didn't even want to risk running into the same design problems, and went back to a side-by-side. We didn't have a fridge, we had what sounded like a jet plane! And the in-the-door ice is not a good design. The cubes would clump together as water leaked down into the bottom freezer. Puddles would freeze, and we could not get crushed ice. Don't get this one!

Stopped working in less than a month

The product stopped working after one month. We loss $400 worth of food and we were informed that it would take a couple of weeks to get a new one. I’m a diabetic and I loss $200 worth of insulin, which is very important to my wellbeing. So after spending all of that money for you product, I have to spend mire money on something that’s not my fault.

Very Basic

Just moved into a new home in this refrigerator was part of the new appliances. In my old home I used LG and Samsung products which had better features and easier to use and operate. This may be GE’s lower end product however has not left a good taste in our mouth.

The words for ice/water dispenser are not backlit.

I don’t like that the ice/water dispenser does not have the words backlit. Only a line lights up under dark hard to read words.
