Water reserve small = room temp after 1st cup

PRO - 1. Good shelf space 2. Not too noisy ice maker just at the beginning. CON - 1. very small ice marker .2. Water in the door water dispenser only comes out room temp. The water reserve in the fridge is small which the sales person and reviews didn’t mention. You have to wait 2-3 minutes in between glass refill & even then, it doesn’t really chill water. Had we known, we would not have purchased it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very happy with this refrigerator

Very happy with this refrigerator. The layout makes it easy to find products, and water/ice dispenser on the door is in constant use. This is the first refrigerator with the freezer drawer on the bottom that we've owned, and we find this freezer layout to be very convenient with a moveable top shelf and a deeper bin at the bottom to separate items frequently used from the ones that we need to access frequently.

So far, great! Water dispenser drips after dispensing water. I followed all guidelines in manual to no avail. Purchased from local appliance store, they plan to replace the valve. Fingers crossed it fixes the problem. The retractable shelf frame is flimsy plastic. I took it out of the fridge completely because it seemed it would break with any weight on it. GE, you really need a better frame on that shelf!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Got this fridge a few weeks ago, absolutely love the black slate color!
Only thing I can say negatively so far is that the doors are a bit harder to close, I can’t just lightly push it and walk away, because they get caught stuck open.

GE French Style Refrigerator
