Door handles fall off!

The refrigerator is great EXCEPT THE DOOR HANDLES FALL OFF SEVERAL TIMES DAILY! This is very annoying. Followed directions to install, went to GE website and watched videos, and called GE for support. Still falls off. Called for repair, and talked to repairman, who ordered new handles and will come for appointment in the next few days. Appears to be a very bad design problem which I expect to be an ongoing problem for the life of the appliance. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doors do not fit properly,

Dealer that installed refrigerator told us, after we told him the doors were not even, off, that that was the best he could do. Then he said our floor was not even. So we put a level on our floors and found they are correct, they are not uneven. So we had to add a washer to the door so they would be in line with each other. We should not have to do that. Dealer called us after we put a review on his website. He told us he would call us or stop by to see what he could do. BUT HE NEVER GOT BACK TO US!
So what can we do now?????? I think a rebate is in order.

We purchased this after having a smaller side by side, which made it nearly impossible to put a frozen pizza without putting it on the side. Great having full access with the bottom freezer.

I love everything about this fridge, mic roomy shelves, ice maker in the door to free up space and I love the freezer in the bottom.
