Poor Quality

We purchased our appliances and had them delivered in late 2020. This is now the second service we have had to schedule because the bottom drawer freezer is frosting up. The seal on the freezer drawer does NOT seal. I paid a good deal of money for this product and expected better quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fingerprints don’t show

Works as expected. Drawers slide no rollers. Features for water & ice hard to read.

Constant control panel issues

This is my second Cafe Refrigerator. 1st one I bought in 2015, before GE was sold, and it works great, it is at my mom's house. I just bought this one in January,2021. In March, control panel went haywire and i had to put up with it beeping 24/7 for THREE WEEKS before service could come out to fix it.Waited for 1st appt to diagnose and then had to wait another 17 days after getting the part to install it. The constant beeping was torture and loud. Now, at 5 a.m. this morning, it started beeping again. The control panel had the number 12 flashing and the water filter light was blinking. There is no troubleshooting I find that says what the number 12 means. I reset the water filter button this morning but it was still beeping as I left for work but when i got home it was not beeping anymore. Just scheduled service to come out to look at it. Does the 12 flashing just mean the water filter needs replacing? I barely use the water or ice as I live alone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The 12 isn't showing as a valid error, we recommend resetting the electronics by flipping the breaker off for a couple minutes and the error should go away. Fabulous looking fridge

Just had it installed it looks amazing very sleep and beautiful! Its spacious and runs smoothly- has more humming noise than our old kenmore but I guess am just getting used to it and probably wont feel it after a week or so will update after a month how it runs overall pleased it so far ! Its expensive so hope it lasts us a long time one bad thing about it that I feel its not smudge proof I will have to clean it more than I would like to

Great functionality

I love my new fridge, very sleek, modern, yet has a vintage vibe…the only thing I’m a little surprised about is the water spout…it’s like a small hose expected something more there!
