Very good refrigerator!

Had this refrigerator for 3 months. So far it has worked very well and appears to be durable. Also like the smart controls on the ice and water dispenser.

I've had this refrigerator for two months and so far I love it. I thought it would be too big but looks great. My 30 year old fridge froze everything so this is wonderful. I love the black slate...it really doesn't show fingerprints.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Door light gets stuck, so the interior light doesn't always come on. Water filter that came with the unit doesn't work - gives error code 99 and says it's due for a new one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good looking spacious Refrigerator!

We had a Samsung but that broke down in a few months. We then bought this GE refrigerator. We are happy with the space and performance. Water filter life and availability can be better, but overall this turned out to be a cheaper and good buy. I wish the internal material plastic was slightly better quality, but for the price it is good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good unit, it is noisy in its mechanical steps of loading, dispensing water and ice. Builds a little frost on the ice maker compartment on the inner outer edge of door. I suspect not a great seal. I would prefer asking for this info after 1-2 years. Only time will tell. Is new is working as designed.

We had been looking to replace our 2002 refrigerator (still working great!) with an updated model. We did a lot of research and found this GE model to be superior over all others with its beautiful features, roominess, double-drawer freezer, and shelving.
