Runs quietly but has problems

Freezer seems to have a thaw and freeze cycle so I have moisture and ice build up daily on food and the sides of freezer. Shelves bow in the middle of top shelf when there are heavy items such as milk. Shelves don't extend all the way back and items fall off the back of the shelf. It was difficult to adjust temperature with only one control. Items in freezer were not cold enough, but eggs and lettuce on middle shelf would freeze.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love those GE products

I grew up with GE products. My father sold GE products in the hardware store that was in the family business. To this day, I still am happy with GE products and service. And this Refrigerator I am very glad I got.
