Lid is stuck

When I got this I put it together put am unable to now get the top off - numerous men/women have tried and all unsuccessful - I can lock it and unlock it but it doesn't "come off" so I can put food in it... Am I crazy?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great, but plastic lid is fragile

Received as a gift and have been very happy with it, except - like others have described - the tab on the lid that fits into the locking mechanism broke off and now it's unusable.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Chops great, don’t like new style

As usual this chopper does a great job. I am not a fan of the “new” style. Black and Decker should not change something that works well. I am not as comfortable with this “new style” chopper

Made salsa, this was perfect. Chopped the vegies just the right size. Love this machine.

Broken safety lock lid

The safety lock lid has very poor quality.within 4 months use the locks are broken.Don't know where to get it replaced....

Tiny but worth it
