Too hard to work for older hands

Heavy, bulky, loud... buttons hard to work using arthritic hands. I lost the receipt or I would take back

this mixer is a piece of junk. The head is very, very dificult to raise from the bowl.
The controls are backwards for a right handed person. The bowl is too heavy to pour out batter. The mixer is very light in weight.

Dough hooks

I have been trying to find dough hooks for my 2350 stand mixer but no one has them, any suggestions?

Don't purchase

Bought this mixer after my last one of 40 years died. I hadn't used my new one much in the four years I had it and then discovered that the beater was bent. Contacted Sunbeam for a new set of beaters only to find that none are available. So do yourself a favour and purchase another brand - one that might be able to get parts.

Not good for kneading dough

This worked fine for mixing eggs and other liquids. I didn't have any problems until I had to knead dough. Found chunks of black plastic bits that fell out from the machine where you plug in the beaters/kneading part.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible

I bought this mixer last May and it quit on me in the middle of my holiday baking. I pulled my old one out that my daughter brought for me several years ago and it quit too. Fortunately I had a another brand that a good friend gifted me so I pulled Big Bertha as I call it out to finish the job. I am so disappointed in Sunbeam now!!!

My husband bought this for my birthday 2 years ago in may. I did not read the reviews before I told him witch one to buy. I was making a cake and the dough was thick I thought I did something. Having to clean the beaters off and using my hand mixer.
I was going to order the bread hook as it didn’t come with one.(as stated in the box)
But now I read some reviews and wish I would have bought the other brand as this isn’t going to work. I should have known you get what you pay for. Very disappointed and unhappy.
