just beautufil AND works so well

I have used this mixer for everything, the dough is THE best for breads, pizza,s everything, it doesn't struggle no matter how heavy the cookie dough is. its quiet which I love. I have been watching the reviews on walmart.com as they sell this and they are through the roof and some have even put videos on there. This is for the RED mixer, I can't say on the others though they are suppose to be simialr I didn't find that. The beaters in this are a bit longer than the 2317 amd thats what I think makes it word better. The candy apple red is beautiful, so very pretty. I"m very happy with this mixer and excited looking at it and using it too. Its hard to get the best of both worlds but I have it with this.

I bought this mixer specifically for making bread after my spatula slipped and got caught in the beaters of my old one. It mixes everything andtThe knead feature of this mixer is wonderful.

13 years ago my mother in law bought me the stand mixer hertiage edition. Sadly due to fault of my own I had damaged the cord. I had heared all the rave about the kitchen aid mixers so I bought one, and let me just say it in NO WAY replaces my sunbeam. Even with the short in the cord I am using it over the new kitchen aid. Everytime I use the kitchen aid I am disappointed and upset that I ever spent that kind of money on the product. The sunbeam Hertiage series give the best results of any I have ever used. You just absolutely can not go wrong with this product. I use the mixer daily on from scratch recipes and make large quanities. It is hands down a great product.

The BEST for mixing a cake

Using my new Sunbeam Mixmaster, I just made a sour cream pound cake by the recipe that has been in my family for several generations. The new Sunbeam Mixmaster is wonderful -- smooth operation, no need to start and stop, easy to slow down to add dry ingredients. The off-center position is great for adding ingredients. It is lightweight but seems very sturdy. I am so pleased with it.
I still have the old Sunbeam mixmaster that my mother used (purchased in early 1950s). The old one still works, but it is getting a little shaky so I decided to get a new one. I tried the KitchenAid Stand Mixer, and it was terrible for this application -- when I added the eggs, they flew all over the kitchen! I am a BIG fan of my new Sunbeam Mixmaster. I'd add a photo of the cake, but we ate it already.

Powerful Performance

I have had my Heritage Stand Mixer for over four years and no matter what I do with my mixer from simple cake mixes or bread dough, it totally preforms! It does for me what my last mixer couldn't handle! I recommend this mixer for all recipes and the price was definitely worth it!

I bought this last year before Christmas Baking. I absolutely love it! Great value and quality. I didn't want to spend the $$$ for the 'other' one. This may not have all the extra's that the other one has, but it's a great alternative for 1/2 the cost. Also, the people who complain it doesn't turn must not have read the directions. The rotating speed depends on where you have it and the consistence of your dough. I haven't has any issues with the rotation.

I had purchased one of these mixers years ago for myself and knew they are dependable and heavy duty.
