Review of Mix master versus Mix Heritage Series

I have only used it once; however, I am pleased with that performance. I have a Mix master Heritage series that has gone south on me, I was really hoping I could replace that one. I plan to look up the Serial number and model number to see if it is still in production. I am pleased for now.

The glass bowls are very heavy. Fortunately I can use the lightweight metal bowls from my old mixmaster with the new one so all is wall.

I had one for over 40 years, yes 40. Loved it, thought I wanted a Kitchenaid, I was wrong. Where do I buy a mixmaster like the one I had?

missing dough hooks

I received this mixer several years ago for my long anticipated college graduation. I just realized the mixer did not include the dough hooks as indicated on your website. Why should i have to purchase the hooks when they were supposed to come with the mixer?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Exact problem that we are encountering with the product and if it has an error message send us the clear picture of it.

Please include the following information:

• Product type and Model Number
• Front view picture of the product And a separate Clear picture of the Label.
• Proof of Purchase, that shows the name of the store clearly, Clear Date of Purchase, and the item purchased.
• Clear picture of the power cable prong or the metal part of the power cable with a clear view of the codes on each side. the metal prong that goes into the wall outlet the flat side of it has an engrave code (example of codes: L256 GL)
• Full Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Physical Mailing Address

If the product still under warranty we will process the replacement and the usual time frame would take 7 to 10 business days for delivery.

I own the vintage series it’s chrome and I love it but I moved and the cord got misplaced I need to replace the cord how do I find it?

Vibration

I have had this mixer since last November. It always vibrates on base. i made sure it was attached correctly as well as started slow.
I bought mine because I have arthritis in my hands and it is getting hard for me to hold the hand held mixer and a friend of mine has this one and we bake pumpkin rolls together and I really liked hers. I advised her how mine vibrates when on base and my base is plastic and very light. Maybe that’s why it vibrates mixer heavier than base.
I like the mixer but I am concerned it won’t last
I would recommend this to a friend!

This mixer was a replacement for an in warranty mixer at the end of last year. Used it maybe once all year. Use it to make Christmas goodies/candies. This week tried to make a cheese roll combining 3 cheeses only to have it stop beating. No advance hints such as motor overloaded and smell of smoke. IT JUST STOPPED. Maybe I should have only used it to beat egg whites. Of course since it is a warranty replacement I no longer have any replacement options.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
