It shakes when turned on high speeds for frostings etc. not solid. My old sunbeam I’m replacing was much sturdier
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just bought this Sunbeam Stand mixer.. love it so far. Bought a Sunbeam because My other Sunbeam hand mixer just quit on me after 45 YEARS! Here’s hoping it’s still the same great product! Fingers crossed .

This is so quiet!!! My 45-year-old harvest gold Sunbeam had gotten very noisy and I got my daughters 30-year-old chrome Sunbeam to use. However, she hardly ever used it and when I tried it smelled like it was about to catch fire. I hope my new one performs as well as our VERY old ones did!! You make an excellent product. I used mine 2 or 3 times a week for 45 years. I am one happy camper now with my new one.

I love this mixer. This is my second one as I gave mine to my daughter. She loves it! This mixer is a sturdy, hard working mixer. I love baking pound cakes and this mixer does a great job no matter the batter. Why pay hundreds of dollars for trendy name mixers?
