Bought for daughter in law for Christmas , she's young and loves to bake. She only had a basic handheld mixer, so definitely an upgrade. I'm sure she's already using it and enjoying it.

I discovered that the main Beater attachments are NOT INCLUDED in this Set. Causing me to have to come up with more money to order them. This has led to disappointment with the overall product. If company would include the regular blender beaters, then YES I would recommend this Mixer.

This was replaced twice, but the speed is so slow and the mixing bowl rattled when I put it on high speed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mixer works great, only the beaters

I bought a heritage series stand mixer for a week. Everything was perfect except beaters. Only use it twice, both beaters start to show rust spot. I washed them with soap, warm water and air dry. Not sure what cause the problem. I am thinking about take it back to store.

I am very disappointed in this mixer compared with the Legacy Series I used for years. I am 81 and have used Sunbeam for 55 years. The bowls are light and didn`t realize I had to manually turn them. (my mistake) I wouldn`t recommend this mixer.

how to spin the bowl?

I bought the mixmaster heritage series and I cant do the bowl spin while I'm doing whipped cream. How could I do it? and the cream dont grow with the chrome beaters.. do I need the whisks?

Stopped working, no Syncronized bowl & beater

Used it once, beaters clanked together, had to keep taking apart, then they locked up and one beater no longer turns at all. Box claimed bowl and beaters were synchronized but they absolutely are not. Very disappointed. Still under warranty but not sure I trust this model anymore since several others have also reviewed the beaters stop working, One claimed he took his apart and it was plastic inside, not "die-cast metal" as advertised on the box. Seems like a piece of junk. Glad I kept my old one, that still works, I thought I was upgrading my mixer when I bought this piece of garbage. Obviously I was wrong.
