I brought this product and thought the mixing bowl that I had from another mixer would fit on the stand, but to my surprise it's mot interchangeable.

I have always had good luck with Sunbeam mixers. However, I was disappointed that the base is lightweight plastic again. I still have my old Sunbeam mixer, but the base broke which was plastic. Hopefully, this base will last a long time.

and I bought this a month ago and like the fact that it came with beaters, dough hooks and whisks. Love the feature that lets me detach from the stand to use it. I own a sunbeam many years ago and liked it. Then I purchased another brand, that was my mistake. It did not last as long and did not have as many features. Alas, I am now back to a Sunbeam with more features and a better price!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I HONESTLY got my chrome mixer for a Christmas gift 62 years ago. It is on my kitchen cabinet and used at least once a week!! I love it.

I had a 60's metal Mixmaster and one of the beaters was damaged. I couldn't find a replacement beater so I bought one of these. I've been happy with it so far. I have a few recipes that call for the butter to be beaten for five minutes and I've not experienced over heating. I do like the fact that the stand is lightweight and that it can be taken apart for storage. I've given it a workout with meringues too and it's performed admirably. The bowls are really heavy but my metal bowls from the old Mixmaster fit and I use those when I need to pour from the bowl. I've had Sunbeam products since I was a bride in 1971.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The mixer is fine, but can't find accessories.

My mother has this mixer, we bought for her as a gift, at her request. But, she now wants a whisk and paddle, but cannot find any that are compatible with this model #. The model # is FPSBSM21MK. I have been searching on the Sunbeam site and multiple replacement part sites.
