A good fondue maker.

I found the 3 quart fondue pot a very good product. We've had it a couple of weeks, and have used it about 5 times. It is very versatile. We've used it first for cheese ( of course) and it was as good as we'd had in Switzerland! Next we tried one of the recipes with the instructions to do tempura frying, it was amazing. The next thing was the chocolate, which was my wife's favorite ( mine was the cheese using a recipe I got on the Internet ). The only fault we found with it was the power cord, we had to use the fondue pot on the counter, to keep it plugged in. We really want to use at the table, but found it would be a problem to have an extension cord, when we were entertaining. (DISCLAMER- I received this product for free to evaluate, then write a review. However the opinions about it are truly my own.)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use

The product is very easy to use. It sits very sturdy on the table, no worry about it accidently being tipped over. It heats very well, but did not burn. Clean up is very easy, even with cheese or chocolate. The non-stick interior really does the job. The only thing I would change is the length of the power cord. It is a great length for a counter-top appliance but for use on a table it needs to be longer. We had to use a power strip to have enough cord, so that everyone could sit around the fondue pot at the table. I did receive this product to review.

Great little fondue pot. Good functionality and portability. Color coded forks is a plus. It was easy to use (set temp, etc) and cleaning was easy too. Recipe book that comes with it was a nice touch. *Disclaimer: I received the item in return for an honest review*

This pot is great for melting chocolate, cheese, or any other fondue sauce. It melts quickly and stays that way without getting boiling hot. The color coordinated fondue sticks were a nice addition.

This product performed as expected. It's nothing fancy or great to look at, but for the price and for as much as I use it, it works well.

The product works great, is easy to use, and cleans very easily! The product is durable and high quality, overall this product is great if you will be using the product often. If you only plan on using this occasionally it may be a bit pricey but it is certainly quality! I was sent this product as a sample to review and I have enjoyed it!

Great Pot for your everyday Fonduer

A really good product! It heated evenly and quickly but didn't make the table beneath it hot. Very simple to use, instructions were good but simple enough of a product that they weren't really needed (mainly recipes in it). My only concern was that after the first use I noticed a slight scratch in the bottom of the pot, BUT it was probably user error (a little too much muscle!) Other than that I love it! I received that pot as a sample to review, worth it enough that I would buy it as a gift for someone else!

Fondue ... FUN do!! This Oster Electric Fondue Pot is my new favorite kitchen appliance! It is extremely easy to use and clean! This pot comes with fondue sticks, so there is no need to buy additional pieces. I made a delicious chili con queso in in my fondue pot ... I put in a block of cheese, a can of tomatoes with green chili, and some precooked turkey crumbles! This was a total hit while sitting around watching football and so simple to prepare! The recipes that are included with this fondue pot are all easy and delicious! With this being electric it heats up fast and effectively. The clean up on this is easy and fast! I received this product as a sample to review.
