Since our family got this fondue pot, we have used it almost daily. I realize that there are many uses (cheese, chocolate, etc.), but our main use is deep frying, and boy does it do a great job! The forks that come with it mean that each member of our family can sit around the dinner table and individually custom cook our food. The temperature dial makes precision frying a cinch. The only thing I'd change is the fork holder ring, as it doesn't snap into place. No big deal, though, just an extra adjustment that would keep the forks a bit secure. Everything else about this thing is a winner. Easy setup, easy cooking, easy cleanup. What's not to like? Though we were given this item as a sample to review, I would definitely buy it at the store.

Great fondue

The fondue set is awesome! We melted chocolate and dip strawberries in it they were so good! We also melted cheese and dip different breads in it. That was also very good. The chocolate and cheese melted so nicely very smooth!

The fondue pot is perfect for a small family of 3-4. Not recommended for an office party. Totally worth the price since it's perfect for a nice gourmet meal!

I wanted to like my new fondue pot...But right out of the box it looked cheap. It was difficult to adjust the temperature because the dial is directly under one of the handles. I would not recommend for kids; both my husband and I burned our fingers after barely touching the pot. Really the only pro was that it melted the chocolate quickly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This appliance is built out of rugged stainless steel and has the brand name support behind it. The overall experience of using it has been very nice.

Good but not exceptional

nice item except for a few problems....works but the cheese or chocolate tends to coagulate at the bottom no matter the temperature..the forks tend to not work well..food tends to fall off..real forks work better...the safety cord unplugs too easily and should be longer...had to use an extension cord to place the pot on the kitchen table..so without the extension cord, people would have to congregate near an outlet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
