Bad cord

The connection between the pot and the cord stopped working after about five uses! I could really use a replacement cord.

Appliance quit working on second use

I bought this in February 2020, used it for a cheese fondue and was very pleased with it's temperature controls and easy clean up. Took it out of the cabinet 2 weeks ago for cheese fondue again, made the fondue and just at serving time the small light on the control flickered and dimmed, then nothing. I disconnected, reconnected and nothing. Tried different outlets, just couldn't believe it wasn't working on it's second use, but it was the appliance. It's dead.

I've only used it once and then it never worked again. I've tried connecting it to different outlets and still won't work.

Did not work at all.

I was given this as a Christmas present and I went to use it on New Years eve. I followed all the instructions and it would not even warm up at all. The light to show it was on never came on. I am trying to find out where to return it to but so far I have not been able to find an address. I am very disappointed with this item. I am not saying all of the products of this type are bad but this one is. All I am trying to do is return it and receive one that works.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this a few months ago. The first it worked fine. Now (2nd time) it won’t turn on. It’s set up correctly. No dinner for me. Big disappointment.

The outlet that you are using may not be working. Please be sure to check that the cord is completely plugged into the wall and there are no faults in the wiring. Awful Buy

Hello,
We bought two of them for our Christmas Eve dinner. NEITHER of them work. Neither of them. Ruined our Christmas dinner. Brand new. Awful product. They won’t even turn on.
How does that happen?? 2 at the same time! Lol bought from two different targets

If your unit is not turning on, it might be because the unit is not getting enough power from the wall outlet where it is currently plugged in or the wall outlet itself is a non working outlet. To remedy this issue, check if there is no physical damage on its cord and if there's none, try unplugging the unit and let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Plug the unit into a different wall outlet and see if it will work. Do not use it with any extension cords, power strips and power converters or inverters as it may affect the unit's performance.
