I tried to use this product with my food saver. My food saver came with a tube to use with this product. There is no way get a vacuum. I believe there must be an adapter to connect the tube to the container. The instructions are not clear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Many FoodSaver units need to use the Accessory Hose in conjunction with a FoodSaver Container Adapter to vacuum seal the FoodSaver Deli Containers. Generally, this adapter is included with the Deli Containers. If you did not receive this adapter, we encourage you to contact our customer care team for assistance in getting one. Doen't work well

Can't get it to vaccuum seal at all. I am using the adapter that came with it and it will not seal the product at all! A total waste of money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a food saver for over 25 years. I'm on my 5th I think, I always want the new ones. I get a bison every 2 years and I have kept one pkg. for 5 years, just as good then as the first pkg. thanks for all the savings!!!

Hard to vacuum and doesn't keep seal

I bought these containers about a month ago, and it is extremely hard to get them to seal. Once they are sealed, then unseal themselves within a day. They don't seem to work at all.

The gaskets will not stay in the lid and impossible to get back in. Also the ones that do have the gaskets in will not seal.
