These have worked great with cheese, but my deli meat went mouldy for some reason ... not sure if we did something wrong but you could hear the air escape when we pulled the tab. So still in the decision making phase on this product

These deli containers are great for meats and cheeses. The tab at the top is the vacuum release tab. We would advise that when sealing the containers, make sure you press the lid on all the way around until you feel it "click" into place. Once you pull the vacuum, you can try to lift the lid by opening the sides. If the container opens easily, a full vacuum has not been achieved. If you are unable to easily open the container, and the grey flap on top has a "dimple" in the middle, you should then have a nice tight vacuum. If you continue to experience the containers losing their seal, please give us a call at 1-877-777-8042 so we can assist further. Very Shallow

This container is too low in height and once the vacuuming starts, the lid compresses too much thus lowering the amount of usable space inside. Whats the point of buying lunchmeat in bulk if only 1/4 to 1/2 of lunch meat can be stored in this unit?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've been using these deli containers for about 2 weeks and they work alright, but they are so flexible that when vacuum sealed they compact down and put hash marks in the meat from the lid and bottom. This makes it difficult to separate the slices after opening because it makes the meat tear.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought these about 6 weeks ago and use them every day. We store lsliced ham and cheese in them. They stay "Deli fresh". Have not had to throw out any ham or cheese.

I got them cheep, I should now you get what you pay for. They are of no value, the only thing they are supposed to do is SEAL and they Don't
