Great for marinading

These were way bigger than what I was expecting. Even with the dimensions listed I was surprised at how much they held. With only 2 of us, so many things go stale or bad before they get used. Not any more. crackers cookies... seal beautifully and last for months. especially helpful as I have to drive 50 miles to get to a grocery store. Love them so much i'll be purchasing more while they are buy one get one free. Also gonna buy some larger ones for tortilla chips and cereal. well worth the investment.

I am new to foodsaver, so when I saw they had deli containers, I jumped on it and bought 4 sets because it never fails that the resealable bags that the meat comes in does not do the job of keeping it fresh. However, I have yet to place anything in the deli containers because the rim seal is difficult at times to get all the way on, and then when I try to vaccum seal it, it never stops, so there must be air coming through the rim still. Not happy with the deli containers.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What am I doing wrong?

I have had the rectangular and square deli containers for two years now and have NEVER had any success in getting the seal to work. Am I doing something wrong, or did I just get a set of lemons?

Terrible

Just purchased the deli containers and ... can't get the vacuum to work on them. We have a different container, lid exactly the same, no problems with vacuum/sealing on that small container but these, they don't work at all. Extremely disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great for storing small items such as nuts, etc.
Because they are stackable, they use less shelve space.

Great product. Poorly labeled.

This is an excellent product...but it is confusingly labeled. The web site calkls it a Deli Container but never gives a size. The product os labeled as a 2-1/2 qtr. container and says nothing about being a deli container.
I would recommend this to a friend!
