Excellent cleaning

Compared to a manual toothbrush this product delivers excellent cleaning and is nearly as easy to maintain. I find that the position of the cleaning mode button could be better, sometimes I press it by mistake as I am brushing. My only other complaint is that the blue indicator bristles seem to disappear very quickly but I do not feel as though I am putting undue pressure on the brush. Otherwise I am very happy with the gift I received!
Pros: excellent cleaning
Cons: indicator bristles disappear too quickly, cleaning mode button position

My dentist loves my teeth!

Everytime I go to the dentist for my 6 month cleaning, the dentist raves about how beautiful my teeth are. The Sonic toothbrush is a large portion of why my teeth stay clean and healthy.

To be very honest, I am 62 years old and my teeth feel like I just had them professionally cleaned each day. I wish I had this product 50 years ago. Might have a few more teeth if I had...

Love my Sonicare FlexCare! Easy to use, the various brushing modes addresses all my needs for healthy gums and teeth. The UV sanitizer gives me peace of mind that my brush will be germ-free. Battery charge lasts much longer than I expected. Love the travel charger too!
Pros: great battery life, 5 brushing modes, travel charger, uv sanitizer

This toothbrush is wonderful! I was using less-expensive electronic toothbrushes that were battery powered and I this seems to clean my teeth better. I have seen less build-up on my teeth and for the first few brushes (while I was getting used to this toothbrush) my teeth FELT cleaner - that smooth feeling after you leave the dentist's office. The built-in timer helps make sure I am brushing for the appropriate time; the timed pulse at 30-second increments also makes sure that I am spending equal time on the front/back/lower/upper teeth. With cheaper electronic toothbrushes, I found myself changing the batteries a lot, having to buy replacement heads - and then when I went to buy replacement heads the toothbrush was no longer a product they sold heads for so I would have to buy a new toothbrush. With the warranty, I imagine I will have this toothbrush for years and so the cost difference of this toothbrush v. less-expensive versions may be a wash at the end of that time after taking into consideration number of units purchased, replacement heads purchased and battery cost. Setting the cost aside, I far prefer the results of this toothbrush for how clean my teeth feel and look.

This product was recommended by a dental assistant at my dentist's office to help with gingivitis and to clean in those tougher areas: gumline, between teeth, wizdom teeth. To merely say that I am impressed would be an understatement - this thing is fantastic! Just from the first use, I couldn't believe how clean it made my whole mouth feel - I would literally be driving to work, and find myself thinking "wow, my mouth has never felt cleaner than this!" This feeling lasted for several months until I became used to this as the new normal - I have no doubt, that if I want to experience this euphoria all over again, all I have to do is switch back to an old fashioned brush, or even one of those cheap power brushes for a few weeks, then return to the Sonicare... but why would I want to do that! I have used a few of those cheap battery powered brushed and initially thought that they were pretty good, but this product blows them all away - there is no comparison! I know that the thought of putting out so much $$$ for a mere toothbrush is hard to get over for most people, but let me tell you folks, this product is absolutely worth it - the results will astound you! Oh yeah... my next dental visit confirmed those results - the redness in my gums was gone!!!
Pros: easy and intuitive to use, amazing results even from first use
Cons: price - but after trying the product its worth it
