I love how clean my teeth feel and look after brushing each time. The variety of settings and the sanitizing feature are great.
Pros: the sanitizing feature is a real pro.
Cons: looking at the cost of replacing brushes regularly

much easier to keep clean than the elite model. My only issue is that we used to change the brush heads every 6 months, and now they mysteriously only last 3 months

I bought my first Flex Care and one of the toothbrushes was making a very strange noise not common to it operation, so I took it back and got another of the same. The second one stopped working within 1 one of purchase. Very disappointed. I had never had this problem before in all the years I had used this product.
Cons: not worth the price

I purchased my third or fourth sonicare from my dentist in May. I have been using this item every since my dental hygienist recommended it to me several years ago. I have consistently purchased a new one whenever the model changed. My latest sonicare was purchased in May, but it did not work properly. The usual up and down mechanism did not work that way. I returned the item to my dentist and was told by the receptionist that sonicare had changed, and there was nothing wrong with my machine. I called Sonicare and was told that I would get a new replacement in a week to ten days. My replacement was received a little over two weeks later, and I shipped the defective item back. The new one works properly. I will continue to use this product. The representative I talked to over the phone was polite and understanding, and he resolved this issue very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!
