The brushing modes button is too close to the on/off button.

The brushing modes button is too close to the on/off button; therefore, the mode selection is mistakenly changed because you accidently press the wrong button.

A good idea but needs more design effort.

Good product as it certainly speeds up "toothbrushing" over the GE
electric brush that I used for many years. The Soniccare needs an electronic timer and digital display or LED lights (green is OK, amber has X hours left and red is to change the brush after 50 hrs etc). A big problem (just like with the GE electric) is the leakage of water and toothpaste into the base of the brush. A good idea but maybe rushed into production without adequate design effort ?.

Product will remove tartar, etc.. Only problem is that it may make your gums sensitive with continuous use.
Pros: removes tartar etc.
Cons: can make gums sensitive

I like this product it works great at cleaning. I have had better checkups. The dentist likes how it has made my gums better. The only thing I don't like is that I can't afford the refills at $30 I don't think they have to be that high. I have had this product since Christmas of 2011 and I'm still using the brush came with it.
Pros: cleans massages good on sensitive teeth
Cons: price of refills

Since using the Phillips Sonicare FlexCare+ , my check ups at the dentist have been stellar! My gums never get sore and my teeth never felt cleaner! Would recomend for anyone!
Pros: good cleaning between teeth and gums, makes mouth feel much much cleaner
Cons: tickles like crazy until adjusted to it
