Much better than the regular toothbrushes

I have been quite satisfied with the product. It makes cleaning a breeze.
Pros: battery life, styling, effectiveness
Cons: brush head indicator fades prematurely

I was not sure about this purchase. However, my teeth feel so clean. I have missed a lot. I can't believe I was not sure about this purchase. It is what my dentist told me and more.

Love the timer that buzzes when you have worked on specific side of mouth or teeth to let you know to move to the next.
Also the gum stimulation feature is a plus for all to prevent gingivitis.
I like the slim lines of the brush and fact can chg heads easily.
Good product.
Nice travel case as well.

This devise really has changed the way I brush my teeth. I no longer have to take the time and stand over a sink when I brush. the portability allows me to brush longer and more often which resulted in a very good checkup at my dentist last week. I was told that since I started using my flexcare that I had virtually no plac on my teeth. after that report I am exstreamly happy that I laid out the money for the initial cost of the unit. I only wish that the replacement heads were cheeper because I am going through them faster than normal becuse of more frequent brushing.

I truly love my Sonicare FlexCare Plus. My only objection is that it died after only 10 months of use. Phillips was very helpful in replacing the product, however I am a bit concerned that this second brush head will only last a short time also.
My last Sonicare is very old and still working. I don't know if this new, nicer design has a few flaws or if I just got a lemon.
Cons: handle stopped working after only 10 months.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great performance, poor button layout

The brush and handle are close to perfect, but here are two flaws I perceive:
1. The button that changes the cleaning mode is too easy to accidentally press while brushing. This results all too often in an either longer/shorter cleaning cycle, usually with gentler brushing.
2. There is frequently lots of buildup of toothpaste on or between the handle and the brush head.
I would recommend this to a friend!
