Thank you for providing a great product. I am confused by the wordiness of the directions. I am very visual and found them to be much more difficult then they needed to be. I have not sterilized my brush because of that. The toothbrush is great though.
Pros: i like this product especially the small head on
Cons: directions too confusing.

I bought this electric toothbrush to replace an older model that was much more chunky and had gotten gunked up due to poor design
This model is sleek and has more features. My only complaint is that I sometimes accidentally change the setting on the handle. I especially like being able to de-germ the brush head in the sanitizer

My cleanings are far less of a chore for me and for my hygienist. I haven't changed anything else, so it must be the sonic toothbrush.

Poor fit of metal driver to plastic brush!

The metal vibrating driver which attaches the tooth brushes pulled loose from the motor handle. Bad deal! The replacement tooth brushes are poorly designed to be exchanged between two family members using the same motor handle, i.e. the plastic brushes fit TOO tight to be removed without pulling too hard to separate from the motor handle! Cheap design for an expense electric professional tooth brush
