It's amazing how clean your teeth feel after the first brushing, and it only gets better. Pink healthy gums, & a clean feeling, as if you just left the dentist office after a cleaning. I can't believe I waited this long to get a Sonic tooth brush.
All the brushing features: from massage to cleaning. I have sensitive teeth & really enjoy using the brush. Plus you use less toothpaste. I would definitly recommend the Sonic. You won't be sorry.
A rather expensive altnerative to daily dental care, but the rebate helped to make the product a little more affordable.

I like the clean feeling I get from using this product and the fact that my teeth feel cleaner longer then they ever have before. Plus my gums are healthier then they have been an a long time.
The brush is satisfactory, but next time a buy a head, I will choose the compact one.

My toothbrush stopped working after two years. Philips sent a new toothbrush, actually two new brushes before we determined the trouble was the base. I now have a new base and a working brush. i was able to speak with a person when I called, without going through an elaborate menu.

Your product is great. I love the feature where the unit alerts me when I have brushed an area adequately. I like the versatility of many setting options

Better than DiamondClean model

I recently purchased the Flex Plus and then "upgraded" to the Diamond Clean. For reasons I can't fathom (except possibly to cut corners) Philips eliminated the Flex Plus' mode button, leaving the user, under some circumstances, to cycle through the modes and guess which is the active one -- or watch the mode identifiers while ducking flying toothpaste. I do prefer the Diamond Clean brushes, but they can be purchased separately and used on the Flex Plus. Other than that, both models share the most useful modes and the rest is just window dressing. I'm keeping the Flex Plus and returning the Diamond Clean.
Pros: excellent cleaning
Cons: diamondclean has better brush head head

Good, but..

HAd this for about 4 months, starting to notice that battery life is starting to fail already. When I charged it the first time, I went more than a month without having to recharge. Now it's every other week. For as much as I paid for it, I expected this product to last a few years, now I have some doubts.
Also, trying to order more brushes, but always out of stock.
