The head of the toothbrush comes off very often. I don't understand why...it cleans okay but I wouldn't recommend it. I use it faithfully and see no difference.

Great way to clean your teeth

My teeth felt like I had just come from a dentists cleaning the first time I used it. I would't be without one now that I've used it and I'm actually looking forward to see how my first cleaning at the dentist goes since my purchase.

brushes are a problem for me

Great toothbrush and my gums have improved since my using it, BUT I do not like the longevity of the brushes. I do not brush hard and it seems that I have to put a new brush on every month and 1/2 or so. The bristles that are blue wear down to the white color quicker than I thought they would. I mean they are not inexpensive to have to change so frequently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great overall product

I purchased this product for my husband. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to use it as well. I had been using an older Sonicare model; my husband was using a manual toothbrush.
After the first time my husband used the product, he was amazed at how clean his mouth felt. Since using the toothbrush, he has had fewer dental problems (increased gum density, less tartar build up on his teeth).
We also enjoy the travel charger, as we do not leave home without this wonderful toothbrush!
We also like the brush-head sanitizer, and enjoy the neatness of being able to stash away the brush heads inside the sanitizing cabinet. This model is also easier to clean than the older Sonicare model.

The Philips Sonicare FlexCare is easy to use and does a good job cleaning my teeth and gums. My dental hygienist comments how much cleaner my teeth are between dental cleanings. And, the battery lasts more than expected.
I would recommend this product to anyone needing cleaner teeth.

The different cleaning modes allow you to select what it is convenient for you at the different times of the day. With any of the modes your teeth feel very clean after the brushing. I like to use the Max Care Mode at least once a day to ensure my gums are also getting a good cleaning and massage. Ana01
Pros: an overall great product
Cons: handle a little bulky

This sonic is like no other, 5 different speeds, sterilizer, quiet operation. All sonics help to keep plaque build up down and let me tell you, I hardly have any build up now when I go to get my teeth cleaned. Now you can sterilize your brush heads, Nice!
Pros: love the variable speeds
Cons: can't change speeds while sonicing(brushing)
