The on-off button is too sensitive. It will shut off just by turning my hand on the handle. My other sonicare brush wasn't this touchy. Also, the small head brush is useless. I will have to purchase the larger heads to have my teeth really feel "clean".
Pros: ease of use and options
Cons: too touchy of on-off switch

I do love my Sonicare Toothbrush

Good morning...
Yes, I do love my Sonicare. The only problem I seem to have is that it seems to want charging ALL the time. I charge my unit for 24 hours or until the green lights are no longer blinking and use the brush for approx. two weeks when the darm thing wants to be charged again. I must admit that I do brush my teeth 3 - 4 times a day and maybe that has something to do it. One more thing is that I would like to see the off/on switch further down the handle as I am always turning it off with my finger. But, all in all I do love the product and will always use one until the day I die.

Easy to Use

I've been hesitant to use an electric toothbrush as I couldn't find one that I felt would be reliable, efficient and effective. The FlexCare+ is all of that and more. I enjoy using it, especially the multiple cleaning options. I recently took a business trip and packed it to take with me. When I arrived and unpacked for the night I realized I hadn't brought the portable charger with me. Five days on the road and the battery was still working like a champ without a charge!
